To speed up the onboarding flow, it’s helpful to have the following documents on hand:
OMPIC Company Registration Document
This is required as we only accept officially registered businesses. If your company is newly incorporated, make sure your OMPIC registration is completed and valid.
Valid ID or Passport for all Directors
We’ll send individual identification links to each director to verify their identity (ID card or passport). Only directors need to complete this step.
Proof of Address
You can provide this in the form of a recent utility bill or bank statement. Note that an apartment/house lease contract is not valid.
The document must show your name and address, and cannot be older than 3 months.
Tax Number or Proof of DGI Registration
Please provide the tax identification number (Identifiant Fiscal) of your business or official proof of registration with the Direction Générale des Impôts (DGI).
UBO (Ultimate Beneficial Owner) Information
A UBO is any individual who ultimately owns or controls more than 25% of a company’s shares or voting rights. This can include direct or indirect shareholders in your business.
