What Are Analytics Labels?
Analytics Labels are custom tags you can create to categorise transactions. Whether it's “Marketing Event”, “Legal Tools”, or “Team Offsite” — you decide what makes sense for your business.
Assigning a label to a transaction helps you:
Group spend by project, team, or department
Track costs over specific periods
Improve your budgeting and reporting
How to set up your Analytics Labels?
We’ve already created some of the most common analytics labels for you. Only Admins have the rights to edit the naming and categories of the analytics labels. To manage them:
Go to Settings
Click on Workspace
Select Analytics Labels
From there, you can add, edit, or delete labels to suit your needs.
Note
Adjusting the Analytics labels is only available for Owners and Admins of your organisation.
How to Use Analytics Labels
Once your labels are set up, any team member can tag their transactions with the right analytics label:
Go to Transactions
Click on the relevant transfer
In the right-hand drawer, select “Analytics Label” to assign the appropriate tag
This helps keep your spending organised and aligned across the whole team.
