Recognising and Reporting Suspicious Activity

What steps to take when observing suspicious activity.

Keeping your account secure is a shared effort. While Zazu monitors activity behind the scenes, it’s important that you stay alert too.

Be on the lookout for anything unusual, such as:


• Transactions you don’t recognise
• Login attempts from unknown devices or locations (see Sessions for all past logins)
• Changes to your profile or settings that you didn’t make
• Emails or messages pretending to be from Zazu (phishing attempts)

If you suspect anything:

Contact our support team immediately or email [email protected] with full details.
Our internal fraud team will investigate and escalate the report to our banking and payment partners if needed.

Note

Zazu employees will never ask you for your login credentials or card details.
