User Roles and Permissions

Zazu lets you tailor user access based on roles and responsibilities. At the moment, there are three available roles:

Full control over the account.
Managers can manage settings, invite team members, and authorise payments.

Best for: founders, finance leads, admins.

​Contributor

Can prepare transfers, manage beneficiaries, and access key account features — but cannot authorise payments (unless granted).

Best for: operations, finance assistants.

Read-only access for visibility and reporting.
Viewers can access transactions and documents (depending on account access), but cannot make changes or initiate payments.

Best for: accountants, auditors, board members.
