As your business grows or circumstances change, it’s completely normal to need to update your information. Whether it’s a new trading name, a change in company address, or simply a new phone number, Zazu makes it easy to keep your account details up to date.
Keeping your records current ensures smooth operations, helps with compliance, and keeps your communications running seamlessly.
To update business settings:
Only available to users with assigned role Owner
Navigate to Settings (left bottom in navigation bar)
Choose the section to edit
Make the necessary changes (e.g. business name, address, contact info)
Confirm the change with 2 Factor Authentication, where necessary
To update personal settings:
Available to all users
Navigate to Personal Settings (right top drop-down under your avatar)
Choose the section to edit
Make the necessary changes (e.g. language, notification, contact info)
Confirm the change with 2 Factor Authentication, where necessary
Note
Certain changes (i.e. legal name or legal entity type) may require additional documentation or KYC re-verification.
