If you ever see something unusual in your Zazu account such as an unexpected login, a charge you don’t recognize, or an alert that feels off - act quickly. The faster you respond, the better we can help protect your money.

Immediate Steps to Take

  1. Block your card (if applicable)
    Open the Zazu app and instantly block your card to prevent any further unauthorized transactions.

  2. Change your password and PIN
    Update your login password and reset your PIN to make sure no one else can access your account.
